Common Questions

What can I save?

You can save URLs, selected text, screenshots/images, and notes through the app or the iOS Share Sheet.

Where is my data stored?

Your saved library is stored in Resurface's backend so it can sync with your account and be processed for app features such as search, extraction, and summaries.

How does the 14-day access period work?

You receive 14 days of full access when you create your Resurface account. No payment is requested at the beginning. After 14 days, continued access requires an auto-renewable subscription. U.S. prices are $5.99 per month or $49.99 per year; prices in other regions may vary and are shown before purchase.

What if a save does not finish processing?

The save remains in your Library. Open it and choose Retry processing. If it still fails, contact support with the app version and a description of the problem; do not email private saved content unless you choose to share it.

How do I restore, manage, or cancel my subscription?

Use Restore Purchases in Resurface if an active purchase is not recognized. Use Manage Subscription in the app, or your Apple account subscription settings, to change or cancel a subscription. Deleting your Resurface account does not cancel billing through Apple.

Can I delete saved items?

Yes. You can delete individual saved items in the app.

Can I delete a saved brief?

Yes. Deleting a saved brief also removes its generated audio, but it does not delete the Library items used to create the brief.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Account deletion is available in Settings. Deleting your account removes your account and user-owned library data from Resurface's backend.

Does Resurface sell my data?

No. Resurface does not sell your saved content or use it for advertising.
